Oh, also, since vodka is a liquid, most of it would simple end up going down the back of your throat and into your stomach as per normal. So really what would happen is you might feel slightly drunker faster, but mostly it would just hurt like hell. Not anymore dangerous than taking a shot through the mouth, just more painful.

Snorting does not send drugs straight to the brain. Your nose is not a direct hole to your brain. It might cause some of the alcohol to be absorbed more quickly through the mucous membrane. Which would still go through the liver. No matter what you snort, it goes through the mucous membrane, and then into your bloodstream before getting around and to your brain. Unless it's a bullet.

"straight to the brain, by-passes the liver" all alcohol ends up in your liver no matter how you put it in your body, it gets there through your blood strean, YOU CAN'T BYPASS YOUR LIVER AND GO STRAIGHT TO THE BRAIN. alcohol can be absorbed in your bloodstream faster by snorting it since there are more blood vessels in your nose than your stomach. for that matter there are more blood vessels in your anus if you really wanna get buzzed quick. are you people morons or just retarded?
