If you watch the original commercial for MP then there is at least one difference to the Western release version, prompting me to confirm that there was editing way back in (I think?) 1996. There are 2 reasons for the different footage. The first is that some scenes were altered to allow MP to have a PG rating in the US, to boost it's accessibility, the other reason is that there is a movie edition, which is shorter by around 20 minutes, but features extra footage/scenes. MP rules!

Allrighty then. I had heard of selective editing when some titles get released in the US. I beleive it now. There were scenes in this video I had never seen before. Irritates me to no end that it happens. Death to all who edit the origionals.

The "Information High" is the feeling you get when you have the "transient facts." Transient means short-lived or impermanent. And I believe it refers to the transient details of a battlefield. Chaos and energy in dazzling lights and sounds. When you have the transient facts of battle, for a brief moment before you act, you feel the info high. I believe it refers to a clarity of purpose you might experience before taking decisive action.
