i traveled in egypt for a month and i was treated like dirt unless they knew they were going to make money from me. The Christians gave me a fare price on anything I bought and treated me with respect. The muslims made me pay 10 to 100 times the price. I was robbed by a muslim police officer and they called me osama bin ladin. No, they don't hate Christians..... they hate everyone who isn't muslim. It's really sad some can say they don't when i was treated this way all throughout Egypt.

ok guyz i am muslim and i'm egyptian and i know they arent treated like that because they are christian ok infact all religions are welcome in egypt but u know how many poor people here are in egypt and infact i'm sure there are way more poor muslims in egypt too i was born,raised,taught there and its not what most of you think!!!!!

The most 10 rich people in Egypt have 4 christians. One of them is Sameh Sowayres who owns orascom telecom which operates mobile networks in Egypt, Iraq and many other countries

this is a false video which only shows poor districts in egypt inhabited by both muslims and christians. Besides, christians,all christians, have support from all the churches in egypt. Yes we have extremely poor districts which are the responsibility of our bad government, but this in not of islam. Our prophet Muhammad(PBUH) ordered us in clear words not to hacve christians and jews as enemies as long as they are not attacking anyone.

Don't believe all what you see or hear, come and visit Egypt and see by your own eyes. Poor people in Egypt are muslims and Christians too. Rich people are either muslims or Christians too. In Islam we have Zakat, which means paying 2.5% of your saved money per year for poor people, some opeople pay the Zakat and others don't and by the way, Muslims can give their Zakat money to christians as well.

Islam doesn't allow bad treatment of people of other religions who live in the country, Jews or Christians have all their rights as citizens. Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) said whoever hurt a Jew or Christian, he hurt me too. Christians in Egypt are our brothers and sisters, and this report is far from being true.

Utubemissy1981: Thanks for your honest opinion, actually as a muslim I can tell you that the richest man in Egypt and owner of biggest telecom company in the country (Mobinil) is a christian man. There are tons of poor moslems as well, and many of them struggle to find jobs even as Zabaleen. The minister of economy in Egypt is a christian, also Botros Ghaly who was the at helm of the UN is Egyptian coptic.
