Not really exaggerates, but it's actually real. My uncle did weed, and it messed his entire face, and body up. Yes weed is bad, I know a lot of people around my neighborhood that does weed and they look f$#%ed up! It doesn't matter which is worse, it's still all bad for your body.

Not that I'm promoting drugs or anything.. But this cartoon exaggerates the effect of drugs a bit. Drugs like weed are OK to do once in a while, as weed isn't as most drugs out there. Infact, alcohol is worse then weed.
